Established in 1911 and set among 125 exquisite acres in a serene setting known as Chicago’s North Shore, the vision for the property was developed into a par 70, 6420 yard championship lay-out. The golf course is the centerpiece of Glen Flora and has been carefully sculpted to embrace the essence of a membership beholding to the ideals of the great game.

Caddie Program
GFCC maintains a vibrant Caddie Program offering local young men and women the opportunity to interact with positive role models. Caddies develop good work habits, learn about the game of golf, improve their communication skills and learn valuable life lessons from our devoted members.

Caddies are available to assist players with:

Shot distances and club selection
Locating and identifying golf balls
Reading greens

Attending to hole flags
Bunker maintenance
Club and ball cleaning

Member/Guest Days, held three times each year, are well-attended highlights of the golfing season. The four-day Glen Flora Invitational pits teams of members and guests against each other in a variety of golfing competitions and features evenings of special dinners and indoor activities.
